We have just finished a full three weeks of ministry! It has been full of growth, challenges, love, relationships, peace, and contentment.

I have never felt more content in life than I do right now in this season.

Though we are working and being challenged, I find myself in a restful season, where I am able to draw closer to the Lord and feel his presence more. He has been teaching me things I didn’t realize I needed to hear and healing me in ways I thought I was already healed in.

I am so grateful for this time of rest in the Lord.

The weeks are flying by so fast. I can’t believe three weeks have passed already and it is already November!

God has shown up in ministry in so many ways the last few weeks. Every Thursday we have the opportunity to do prayer walking (visiting homes and sharing the word of God) on a mountain. The first week we met a man who was obviously struggling as he had just lost one of his legs in a motorcycle accident only a month ago.

He was very young and looked very sad. We were able to talk to Him and encourage him, as well as lay out the gospel to him. We visited him again the next week and there was so much more light on him. He was smiling and sharing with us how God had been working in him and growing him. It was so amazing to see God working!

We also met a woman and baby. The baby hadn’t been able to go to the bathroom for six days. We asked the mom if we could pray for her baby and if she believed God could heal here baby. She said we could pray but she didn’t believe God could heal her child.

After praying someone from our group visited them again later and asked how the baby was. The woman said the baby was healed and she believed God had done it! Amen!

I am also blessed to meet the believers in Nicaragua who work at the farm we are staying at. They bring their kids when they come to work and it is so fun to play with the kids and build relationships, regardless of the language barrier. I am so thankful my Spanish is beginning to grow and get better though!

This is a quick update, but I want to let you all know God is working and moving and showing up. Thank you for the way you have all supported me, prayed for me, and and encouraged me! Have a blessed week!
